Spätestens mit dem Konzept des "Regulativen Staats" hat sich Regulierung als ein wichtiger Bereich in den Rechts-, Sozial- und Politikwissenschaften etabliert, der Frage- und Problemstellungen entwickelt und diskutiert, die zunehmend in der Organisationssoziologie, Governancetheorie oder Sozialpolitik aufgenommen und reflektiert werden. In diesem Seminar sollen diese neuen Themen diskutiert und in die Regulierungstheorien eingeordnet werden; im wesentlichen beschäftigen wir uns mit Fragen nach Regulierung und Wohlfahrtsstaat, reflexive Formen der Regulierung und risikobasierter Ansätze der Regulierung.
