This course introduces students to the legal framework governing international organizations as subjects of international law. It examines how these organisations are created, what powers they possess, how they act, and how they are held accountable.
The course is open only to law students who need to obtain a foreign language certificate (Fremdsprachennachweis), which is awarded through a multi-choice examination.
