Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende mit Grundkenntnissen im Arbeitsrecht, die diese im Rahmen ihrer Examensvorbereitung auffrischen möchten. Sie besteht aus wiederholenden Vorlesungsteilen und der Besprechung examensrelvanter Fälle. Ein Terminplan und Material werden zu Beginn des Semesters im Moodle-Kurs der Veranstaltung zur Verfügung gestellt.
