291207 Klausurenlehre im Straf- und Zivilrecht sowie Öffentlichen Recht (V) (WiSe 2026/2027)

Die Klausurenlehre wird von RichterInnen durchgeführt, die alle regelmäßig im Examen prüfen. Es werden in den Terminen jeweils Original-Examensklausuren besprochen und dabei Tipps zur Vorgehensweise in der Klausur gegeben. Die Veranstaltung findet teilweise über Zoom sowie teilweise in Präsenz statt und beginnt um s.t. Das Material wird über UniRep online (Ilias) zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die jeweilige Klausur korrigiert wird, sofern sie am Freitag vor der Besprechung im Zeitraum von 10-16 Uhr geschrieben und über den E-Prüfungsraum der Klausurenlehre abgegeben wird. Für die Anfertigung vor Ort steht der Raum XXX zur Verfügung.
