The course will provide the students with an in-depth introduction into select topics in algorithmic cheminformatics, such as atom tracing, molecular symmetries, and pathway analysis. No formal requirements. Prior knowledge can be beneficial, but is not necessary: graph theory, group theory, introductory cheminformatics.
