Kooperation zwischen professionellen Akteuren wird in der inklusionspädagogischen Literatur als eine grundlegende Voraussetzung für die Umsetzung inklusiver Bildung hervorgehoben. Ebenso wird in der schulentwicklungstheoretischen Literatur die Zusammenarbeit zwischen professionellen Akteuren als entscheidend angesehen. Allerdings liegen hier qualitative Verbesserungen in Schule und Unterricht im Fokus. Empirische Forschungen im Bereich der Inklusionspädagogik sowie der Schulentwicklung zeigen jedoch, dass die Kooperation ein herausforderndes Handlungsfeld darstellt, das von Schule zu Schule unterschiedlich gestaltet wird. Im Seminar werden wir uns mit den verschiedenen Diskursen der Kooperationsforschung auseinandersetzen und daraus Konsequenzen für die Entwicklung einer Lehrerprofessionalität ableiten, die dieses Handlungsfeld in ihr Selbstverständnis integriert.
