Im Seminar werden Grundlagen professionellen Lehrer*innenhandelns sowie zentrale Aspekte der Unterrichtsplanung, -durchführung und -analyse erarbeitet. Die Studierenden setzen sich mit Aufgaben- und Handlungsfeldern von Lehrkräften auseinander und reflektieren Anforderungen an die Planung von lernwirksamen Unterricht auf Basis didaktischer Modelle und Dimensionen guten Unterrichts. Ebenso thematisieren wir Aspekte der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung und Kooperation. Ziel ist es, über theoretisches Wissen über Modelle und Konzepte guten Unterrichts zu verfügen, Unterrichtskonzepte unter der Berücksichtigung erziehungswissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse zu beobachten und zu reflektieren sowie Kriterien konkreter Unterrichtsplanung zu kennen.
Wir werden in dem Seminar projektförmig arbeiten. Mit den Ergebnissen dieser Arbeit kann die Studienleistung erworben werden.
