Prof. Dr. Charlotte Schmitt-Leonardy veranstaltet mit Prof. Dr. Matthias Jahn (Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a.M.) im Sommersemester 2026 ein Seminar,
das sich in erster Linie an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft, insbesondere
an diejenigen richtet, die bereits promovieren. Es soll Gelegenheit geben, eigenständig entwickelte Thesen zu Fragen der Gesamten Strafrechtswissenschaft unter Einschluss der strafrechtlichen Hilfswissenschaften sowie der Rechtsphilosophie und -theorie zu präsentieren und zu verteidigen. Die Inhalte sollen wissenschaftlichen Ansprüchen genügen und einen Beitrag zum Fortschritt der
rechtswissenschaftlichen Erkenntnis liefern (vgl. auch § 10 Abs. 1 PromO).
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die nach diesen Maßstäben erfolgende individuelle Zulassung durch den Veranstalter (§ 6 Abs. Abs. 4 S. 3 StudPrO).Das Seminar dient ausschließlich dem Erkenntnisgewinn und es werden keine Leistungsnachweise erworben werden können.

Schriftliche Interessensbekundungen mit einer Begründung zur Erfüllung der Zulassungsvoraussetzungen bitten wir bis zum 13.5.2026 per Mail an sekretariat.schmitt-leonardy@uni-bielefeld.de zu richten. Im Anschluss wird ein Vorbesprechungstermin kommuniziert.
