Im Seminar wird der Übergang von der Primarstufe zur Sekundarstufe I im Fach Mathematik behandelt. Als Grundlage werden die Überschneidungsbereiche der Lehrpläne genutzt, um inhaltliche Einsicht in beide Schulstufen am Übergang zu erhalten. Darauf aufbauend wird die Behandlung der Inhalte in Lehrwerken, die Nutzung von Unterrichtsmethoden und Methoden zur Diagnose und individuellen Förderung aus beiden Schulstufen genutzt, um Möglichkeiten für konstruktiven Übergang aufzuzeigen.
Das Seminar ist daher sowohl für Studierende des Lehramts für Grundschule sowie für Haupt-, Real- und Gesamtschule geöffnet.
