Die Veranstaltung hat das Ziel, Studierende des BA Politikwissenschaft mit einer soziologischen Sicht auf die Politik vertraut zu machen und an die Lektüre soziologischer Texte heranzuführen. Die Studierenden werden für das Themenfeld Politik zentrale soziologische Grundbegriffe, wie Handlung, Kommunikation, Macht, Herrschaft, kennen lernen und einen ersten Eindruck davon bekommen, wie diese eine Analyse politischer Phänomene ermöglichen.
