Diese Veranstaltung thematisiert gesundheitsorientierte Angebote im Wasser für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (z.B. adipöse Kinder und Erwachsene, orthopädische Patient*innen, Kinder mit dem Förderschwerpunkt körperliche Behinderung) in Theorie (z.B. anatomische und trainingswissenschaftliche Grundlagen) und Praxis (z.B. Funktionsgymnastik, Aquaaerobic, Aquajogging, Aquaspinning, wahrnehmungsorientierte Angebote und Entspannnungsverfahren).
