Diese Veranstaltung besteht aus drei Kurseinheiten:
1) Repetitorium im Öffentlichen Recht - Grundrechte
2) Repetitorium im Öffentlichen Recht - Staatsorganisationsrecht
3) Repetitorium im öffentlichem Recht - Europarecht
In dieser Veranstaltung werden zunächst die Grundlagen des examensrelevanten Europarechts wiederholt. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei den aktuelleren Rechtsentwicklungen. Im Anschluss wird das examensrelevante Europarecht anhand von Klausurbeispielen vertieft.Literaturhinweise werden in der Veranstaltung gegeben.
