In diesem Projekt werden aktuelle Themen aus der Post-Genomforschung, speziell der Proteom- und Metabolomforschung, im Rahmen eines Laborpraktikums behandelt. Das Projekt bereitet dabei gezielt theoretisch wie praktisch auf die Anfertigung einer Abschlussarbeit vor. Dazu wird ein Thema aus der aktuellen Forschung vorgestellt und praktisch wie theoretisch bearbeitet. Lösungsansätze und Versuchsplanung werden unter Anleitung der Betreuer/innen selbst erarbeitet. Die Themen stammen aus dem Bereich der molekularen Phytopathologie, Infektionsbiologie, Signaltransduktion eukaryotischer Zellen oder der Analytik. Über die durchgeführten Arbeiten ist ein Protokoll zu erstellen und ein kurzer Abschlussvortrag zu halten.
