Angewandte Neuroscience für Bewegungsfreudige.
Es gibt viele Arten seinen Körper mobiler und flexibler zu machen, oder hartnäckige Krämpfe und Verspannungen zu lösen. PNF bietet eine interessante und wirkungsvolle Schnittstelle zwischen Neuropsychologie und Sportwissenschaften, um das Erreichen dieser Ziele zu vereinfachen.
Bei diesem Vortrag zum Mitmachen lernt ihr die propriozeptiven Rezeptoren diverser Körperteile gezielt zu stimulieren und die Effekte für mehr Beweglichkeit und bessere Bewegungskoordination, oder sportliche Rehabilitation zu nutzen.
Sportsachen oder Klamotten mit viel Bewegungsfreiraum sind ausdrücklich angeraten, je nach Wetter können Wasser und Handtuch hilfreich sein.
