Vermittlung von Strategien zum selbstständigen Auffinden wichtiger Wirbelsäulen- und Myelonstrukturen im Schnittbild

Unterscheidung von Blutungslokalisationen intracalottal und intraspinal

Typische Traumatische Befunde des Kopfes und der WS und insbesondere des ZNS grundsätzlich einordnen


Erster Teil:Die Studierenden werden mit den Hirnlappen, Hirnhäuten, dem Liquorsystem und der Darstellung von grauer/weißer Substanz im Schnittbild bekannt gemacht; dabei wird auf wichtige kortikale Areale und „lange Bahnen“ sowie die Stammganglien und Hirnstammstrukturen wie auch die relevanten Strukturen des Rückenmarkes und die jeweiligen zugehörigen Skelettanteile eingegangen. Zudem werden Strategien aufgezeigt, wie man diese anatomischen Landmarken im Schnittbild des Gehirns identifizieren kann.Die zugehörigen Gefäßterritorien und -anatomie werden im Bild vorgestellt, wichtige Kollateralen werden dabei skizziert.

Zweiter Teil:Die Studierenden werden mit den unterschiedlichen (traumatischen) Blutungsformen und -lokalisationen cerebral und spinal vertraut gemacht. Zudem werden weitere akute traumatische Veränderungen des Schädels und der WS sowie parenchymatöse Veränderungen, aber auch posttraumatische Residuen vorgestellt.
