· Sie sind nach dieser Vorlesung in der Lage, die Biotransformation und Leberfunktionsstörungen zu erklären.

· Sie können die Funktion der Galle bzw. der Gallensäuren beschreiben.

· Sie sind in der Lage, die Bedeutung von Lipoproteinen für den Stoffwechsel, die Labordiagnostik und Erkrankungen zu beschreiben.


Ohne Leber kann man nicht leben. In der heutigen Vorlesung besprechen wir die Biotransformation in der Leber, die Biogenese von Gallensäuren, sowie Leberfunktionsstörungen am Beispiel des Alkoholabusus. Ebenso stellen wir die Bedeutung von Lipoproteinen heraus, auch im Rahmen der Labordiagnostik sowie bei Erkrankungen.
