Unterscheidung primär ischämischer vs hämorrhagischer Schlaganfall im Bild, Verständnis der jeweiligen Ursachen

Cirrculus wilisii und zervicale, arterielle Gefäßachse,

Hirnvenen- und Sinusanatomie

CT-Angiographie, (Vorstellung von Perfusion, DWI)

Vorstellung von Thrombektomie und Coiling


Die Studierenden werden mit der Aufteilung in ischämische Schlaganfälle und hämorrhagische Schlaganfälle sowie deren Untergliederungen und den entsprechenden Bild-Befunden vertraut gemacht. Zudem wird auf die spezifische Bildgebung je Krankheitsentität und Modalität eingegangen.Schließlich werden die Interventionellen Möglichkeiten und das Vorgehen in der Neuroradiologie zur Thrombusextraktion und Aneurysmaversorgung exemplarisch vorgestellt.
