'Sie lernen im Rahmen dieses Praktikums das Prinzip der Absorptionsphotometrie und das Lambert-Beersche Gesetz kennen.''Sie sind im Anschluss in der Lage, den Proteingehalt einer Lösung zu bestimmen und Enzymkinetiken aufzunehmen.'
An Ihrem ersten Biochemie-Praktikumstag erarbeiten wir uns die Grundlagen der Absorptionsphotometrie. Mithilfe des Lambert-Beerschen Gesetzes bestimmen Sie den Proteingehalt von Serumproben und untersuchen den Einfluss des pH-Wertes und der Enzymmenge auf die Aktivität des Enzyms β-Galactosidase.
