Übergeordnete Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

  • VIII.2. Ärztliche Gesprächsführung:eine vegetative Anamnese durchführen und dokumentieren.
  • VIII.7. Klinisch-praktische Fertigkeiten:eine klinische Untersuchung der Schilddrüse durchführen.
  • VII.1b. Prinzipien der Pathogenese und Pathomechanismen:die Prinzipien der Pathophysiologie endokriner Regelkreise erläutern.Störungen der Schilddrüse erläutern.
  • VII.2. Diagnostische Verfahren:für das endokrine System indikationsgerecht zu bestimmende Laborparameter benennen und den Laborbefund im klinischen Kontext interpretieren.relevante pathologische Veränderungen in der Schnittbilddiagnostik (Sonografie, [MRT, CT]) erkennen, beschreiben und in Zusammenhang mit geltenden Leitlinien einordnen.

In diesem Seminar erhalten die Studierenden einen praxisnahen Einblick in die Vielfalt der Schilddrüsenerkrankungen, wie sie typischerweise in der hausärztlichen Versorgung auftreten. Zu Beginn üben wir gemeinsam die Anamnese und die körperliche Untersuchung der Schilddrüse. Anschließend bearbeiten die Studierenden anhand konkreter Fallbeispiele Themen wie Struma, Hypo- und Hyperthyreose, Thyreoiditis und Schilddrüsenkarzinome. Ziel ist es, ein erstes klinisches Verständnis für Diagnostik, Differenzialdiagnosen und hausärztliches Management dieser Krankheitsbilder zu entwickeln.
