Wie plane ich meine Klonierung? Wie erstelle eine Karte von meinem Plasmid? Wie lege ich PCR-Primer? Wie werte ich DNA-Sequenzdaten aus? - Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung werden an konkreten Problemen aus der täglichen Laborpraxis unterschiedliche bioinformatische Werkzeuge vorgestellt und ausprobiert. Dazu werden Textverarbeitung und -editoren genauso genutzt, wie Anwendungen auf Webseiten, Gratissoftware und kommerzielle Programme. Weitere Themen sind Literaturrecherche und -verwaltung, wiss. Schreiben und Präsentieren sowie gute wiss. Praxis.
