Das Seminar wendet sich an alle Studierenden mit Interesse an Grundrechtsfragen, am Völkerrecht und am Menschenrechtsschutz. Diese sollen anhand eines in Deutschland weniger bekannten Instruments theoretisch und praktisch zusammengeführt werden. Eine Themenliste ist beigefügt.
In dem Seminar können große Grundlagenscheine, Seminarscheine und Leistungsnachweise für den Schwerpunktbereich 6 (Migration und Integration) erworben werden. Darüber hinaus können Schlüsselqualifikationsnachweise erlangt werden. Das Seminar wendet sich nicht allein an Studierende des Schwerpunktbereichs 6!!!
Außerdem kann die Seminararbeit nach § 28 II Nr. 2 StudPrO 2003 als Hausarbeit im Hauptstudium angerechnet werden.
Von den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern werden eine schriftliche Ausarbeitung zu einem der angegebenen Einzelthemen, ein mündlicher Vortrag von ca. 30 Minuten Dauer und Teilnahme an der Diskussion erwartet. Die Leitfragen (I., II., III.) werden von den Seminarleitern dargestellt.
