Der Grundkurs richtet sich an Studierende des ersten Semesters. Er führt in das bürgerliche Recht ein und behandelt dessen Allgemeinen Teil, der bekanntlich eine Besonderheit des deutschen Rechts ist. Ziel ist darüber hinaus die Grundlegung der juristischen Methode und des juristischen Denkens überhaupt.
Durch erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einer Semesterabschlussklausur kann ein Leistungsnachweis gem. § 21 Abs. 2 a) StudPrO erworben werden.
