Mit neuen Formen der Information, der Kommunikation und Vernetzung bietet das Internet auch neue Chancen und Strategien, ebenso aber auch neue Herausforderungen für Politik und öffentliche Verwaltung. Im Seminar sollen verschiedene Aspekte rund um die Wechselbeziehungen zwischen Politik, Verwaltung und Internet genauer beleuchtet und diskutiert werden, z.B. Wahlkampf im Netz, virtuelle Demokratisierung und computervermittelte Partizipation.
