220066 Lateinamerikanische Geschichte im Internet (Ü) (SoSe 2008)

Gerade für die Beschäftigung mit außereuropäischen Themenfeldern der Geschichte bietet das Internet vielfältige Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. Dies gilt für die Informationsrecherche in Bibliotheken und Archiven, die Teilnahme an internationalen Diskussionsforen oder die Publikation eigener Forschungsergebnisse. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die Grundlagen des Internets und seiner Einsatzmöglichkeiten sollen in der Übung für Historiker wichtigen Adressen und Ressourcen in gemeinsamer Arbeit vorgestellt und bewertet werden. Schließlich sollen die Teilnehmer nach Interesse eigene Inhalte so multimedial aufbereiten, um sie im Internet veröffentlichen zu können.
Je nach Wunsch der Teilnehmer kann die Übung einen mehr oder weniger ausgeprägten Schwerpunkt auf den Arbeitsbereich Lateinamerikanische Geschichte legen.
