Im Mittelpunkt des Seminars stehen Lernende mit Beeinträchtigungen im Bereich der emotional-sozialen Entwicklung. Studien zeigen, dass sowohl Studierenden als auch Lehrkräften die Inklusion von Schüler*innen mit Schwierigkeiten im emotionalen und sozialen Verhalten besonders herausfordernd erscheint. Wie sehen förderliche Rahmenbedingungen für schulische und unterrichtliche Inklusionsprozesse aus? Im Seminar werden verschiedene Handlungsansätze vorgestellt und diskutiert. Zentral sind dabei evidenzbasierte Maßnahmen, die auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen ansetzen (z.B. Maßnahmen der Klassenführung, Lehrkraft-Lernenden-Beziehungen, evidenzbasierte Förderprogramme). Einen Schwerpunkt stellt das Thema Pädagogische Beziehungen dar. Die Relevanz einer qualitätsvollen Pädagogischen Beziehung, sowohl für die Lehrkraft als auch die Lernenden, ebenso wie Merkmale der Interaktionsqualität sowie Mög-lichkeiten der Verbesserung werden ausführlich behandelt.
