Der staatsrechtliche Teil des Repetitoriums im Öffentlichen Recht hat im Staatsorganisationsrecht die grundlegenden Verfassungsprinzipien (Demokratie, Rechtsstaat, Sozialstaat, Bundestag, Republik) sowie das Recht der Organisation des Staates und des Handelns seiner Organe, hinsichtlich der Grundrechte die allgemeinen Grundrechtslehren und die Einzelgrundrechte zum Gegenstand. Es werden - auf der Grundlage einer knappen Wiederholung von Basiswissen - vornehmlich in Fallbesprechungen aktuelle, examensrelevante staatsrechtliche Probleme unter Einbeziehung verfassungsprozessualer Fragen behandelt.
