Klassische Grammatikmodelle beschränken sich auf eine Betrachtung der syntaktischen Gegebenheiten. Es muß aber geklärt werden, wie der Einfluß anderer Sprachebenen auf die grammatische Verarbeitung zu modellieren ist und wie umgekehrt deren Resultate als Voraussetzung für die Verarbeitung auf den anderen Ebenen dienen.
In der Veranstaltung soll speziell das Verhältnis zwischen Syntax, Semantik und Pragmatik thematisiert werden.
