Der Parzival des Wolfram von Eschenbach, eines der prominentesten Werke der Weltliteratur, läßt sich schon aufgrund des Umfangs, aber vor allem auch wegen seiner vielfältigen Sinnbezüge kaum erschöpfend behandeln. In dieser Vorlesung sollen deshalb zentrale Kapitel des Romans exemplarisch vorgestellt werden.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die Bereitschaft der Studierenden, dem Text im mittelhochdeutschen Original zu folgen. Jeder sollte deshalb bereits zu Beginn des Semesters eine vollständige Ausgabe des Parzival (z.B. Reclam 3681/3682) zur Hand haben.
