In der Vorlesung werden - überwiegend von auswärtigen und prominenten Referentinnen und Referenten aus der Geschlechterforschung öffentlich geführte Geschlechterdiskurse aufgegriffen. Die Debatten werden mit erfahrbaren und empirisch feststellbaren Geschlechterverhältnissen in Beziehung gesetzt. Auch soll ein Blick in die Zukunft gewagt werden: Welche Entwicklungen für die Geschlechterverhältnisse werden in unterschiedlichen sozialen Kontexten vorhergesehen? Wie wird im Verhältnis dazu die voraussichtliche Entwicklung der Geschlechterforschung beurteilt?
Das Programm wird zu Semesterbeginn ausgehängt, auf der homepage des IFF unter www.uni-bielefeld.de/IFF/ eingestellt und über die mail-Verteiler der Veranstaltungen der Geschlechterforschung bekannt gegeben.
