This course has been cancelled!

Contents, comment

In this seminar, we will discuss the current right-wing shift in the USA (and elsewhere) under the lens of authoritarianism. We will elaborate on concrete examples from the media and contextualize them through approaches on right-wing populism, right-wing extremism or the authoritarian right as well as in light of the role of gender and anti-immigration rhetorics.
