300054 Methoden und Techniken der ethnographischen Feldforschung: Eine praxisorientierte Einführung (S) (SoSe 2008)

Die Veranstaltung führt in die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung ethnographischer Feldforschungsprojekte ein. Dabei werden sowohl methodologische Fragestellungen nach der Aktualität und zeitgemäßen Gestaltung solcher Forschungen als auch praktische Probleme im Zentrum des Seminars stehen. Idealerweise dient das Seminar zur Vorbereitung auf ein tatsächlich geplantes (Lehr-) Forschungsprojekt. Besonders berücksichtigt werden Forschungsprojekte, die im außereuropäischen Kontext angesiedelt sind, es ist aber auch möglich mit dem Ziel teilzunehmen, ein Projekt in Deutschland durchzuführen. Als Methoden stehen teilnehmende Beobachtung, Interview, Grounded Theory, Diskursanalyse und ethnomethodologische Konversationsanalyse im Fokus.
