Die Landschaft ist über Jahrhunderte ein traditionelles Motiv in der bildenden Kunst. Doch ist es eigentlich noch zeitgemäß sich mit ihr auseinanderzusetzen? Demnach, wie lässt sich Landschaft neu denken? Welches Potential schlummert in ihr? Was ist und was kann alles Landschaft sein? Nicht zuletzt impliziert das auch die Hinterfragung der eigenen Weltwahrnehmung und den Umgang damit.
In diesem Sinne soll im Seminar mit analogen mitteln, wie Zeichnung, Malerei oder Mixed Media untersuchend und experimentierend der Frage nach der eigenen Landschaft nachgegangen werden. Über die Dauer des Semesters soll so ein eigenes künstlerisches Konzept zu dem Thema entstehen, das entsprechend umgesetzt und zum Abschluss des Seminars präsentiert werden soll.
