In diesem Seminar schauen wir uns Varianz von Sprachen hinsichtlich der Wortstellung an. Das betrifft die Grundwortstellung in einfachen Sätzen, also die Anordnung von Subjekt, Objekt und Verb, aber auch Wortstellungsverändernde Prozesse wie Voranstellungen, Nachstellungen und flexible Wortstellungen.
Der Kurs soll in sprachvergleichende Linguistik einführen. Neben Fachkenntnissen werden auch methodische Kenntnisse wie der Umgang mit dem World Atlas of Language Structure (WALS) vermittelt.

Dieses Seminar ist offen für alle Interessierten. Kenntnisse aus dem Grundkurs Linguistik sind erforderlich.
