Die Veranstaltung führt in zentrale Konzepte und Fragestellungen der Erzähltheorie ein. Anhand ausgewählter kurzer Erzählungen von Franz Kafka, Thomas Mann, Ilse Aichinger und Sarah Kirsch werden grundlegende Aspekte narrativer Gestaltung untersucht. Ziel des Seminars ist es, ein analytisches Instrumentarium zu erarbeiten, das zur präzisen Beschreibung und Interpretation erzählerischer Texte befähigt.
