Der Workshop führt praxisnah durch die gesamte Prozesskette von der Probe über die Sequenzierung bis zur Auswertung. Die Teilnehmenden lernen die Abläufe in einer Biobank kennen, erhalten Einblicke in Theorie und Praxis des Next-Generation Sequencing und üben grundlegende Methoden der Datenauswertung. So wird der direkte Zusammenhang zwischen Probenmanagement, Sequenzierung und Analyse erfahrbar.
