This project explores the emerging field of automated science, where AI systems autonomously conduct research processes. The focus is on approaches and tools that enable AI not only to generate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze data, but also to perform literature reviews and extract relevant information from scientific publications. In the practical component, selected methods will be prototypically implemented, for example using Python libraries for natural language processing and data analysis.
This topic is suitable for a group project.
