Dieses Seminar ist eine Lehrveranstaltung des AB I - Sportmedizin und richtet sich an die Studierenden des MA-Profils EKJ.
Basierend auf den in der Veranstaltung "Funktionell-anatomische und physiologische Grundlagen des Trainings" vermittelten Inhalte, beschäftigt sich die Trainingslehre mit der Optimierung der die Auslösung, Sicherung und Steuerung von Adaptationsvorgängen bestimmenden Faktoren. Berücksichtigung finden in diesem Seminar auch die Besonderheiten des kindlichen und jugendlichen Organismus, die bei der Planung und Durchführung des Trainings bzw. des Sportunterrichts zu beachten sind. Des Weiteren werden bei Kindern und Jugendlichen leider relativ häufig auftretende internistische Krankheitsbilder (z.B. Asthma und Diabetes Typ I) und orthopädische Problemfelder (z.B. Haltungsschwächen) thematisiert und die sich daraus ergebenden Konsequenzen für den Sportunterricht aufgezeigt.
