Digitale Daten sind die Basis vieler wissenschaftlicher Analysen. Doch die manuelle Strukturierung und Eingabe von Forschungsdaten ist häufig kompliziert und fehleranfällig. Strukturierte Dateneingabeformulare können hierbei unterstützen.
REDCap ist ein webbasiertes Tool, mit dem solche Formulare erstellt und Studien verwaltet werden können.Der Workshop bietet einen Überblick über grundlegende Konzepte und geeignete Funktionen für verschiedene Studientypen.
Wir beginnen bei der Anmeldung im System und dem Anlegen eines Projektes und lernen dann Online Designer, Data Editor, Data Dictionary, die Verwaltung von Nutzerrechten und den Export von Daten kennen. Praktische Übungen vermitteln ein Gefühl für das Tool und geben erste Impulse für eigene Studien. Am Ende des Workshops wissen Sie, wie Sie Formulare in REDCap vorbereiten, können Plausibilitätschecks und Verifikationen für eingegebene Daten hinterlegen und haben erste Impulse zur Umsetzung eigener Studien.
