Studierende 1-60
- Die Studierenden besitzen Wissen bzw. Handlungskompetenz zu Erkrankungen der Schilddrüse und der Nebenschilddrüsen.
- Sie erlangen Kenntnis von der Pathophysiologie, Ätiologie und den diagnostischen Grundlagen von Autoimmunthyreoiditiden, insbesondere Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis und Morbus Basedow, Struma mit und ohne Knoten und nicht immunogene Hyper-/Hypothyreose. Darüber hinaus erlangen sie Kenntnisse über die Pathophysiologie, Ursachen und Folgen des primären, sekundären und tertiären Hyperparathyreoidismus sowie des Hypoparathyreoidismus.
- Sie können klinische Symptome und typische Laborbefunde beschreiben und voneinander abgrenzen, welche bei Schilddrüsenerkrankungen sowie bei Störungen der Nebenschilddrüsenfunktion auftreten können.
- Die therapeutischen Prinzipien zur Behandlung dieser Erkrankungen, einschließlich konservativer, medikamentöser, chirurgischer und radiojodbasierter Verfahren, sowie die Notfallmaßnahmen bei Hypokalzämie werden den Studenten bekannt.
- Sie verwenden medizinische Fachtermini zur Beschreibung von Krankheitsbildern, Symptomen und Therapieoptionen.
- Struma mit und ohne Knoten, nicht immunogene Hyper-/Hypothyreose
- Immunthyreopathien, Thyreoiditis
