Studierende sind nach der Vorlesung in der Lage:

  • endokrine, parakrine und autokrine Signalübertragungen zu unterscheiden und Beispiele für bedeutende Signalmoleküle und Signalrezeptoren zu nennen
  • unterschiedlichen Arten des Zelltodes zu schildern
  • den Mechanismus, Regulation und Bedeutung von Apoptosen zu erläutern, sowie Prinzipien der Nekrose und deren Konsequenzen zu erklären


Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden grundlegende Mechanismen und Prinzipien der Zellkommunikation behandelt. Unterschiedliche Arten des zellulären Todes und die entsprechenden Regulationswege werden vorgestellt.
