Studierende 27-29

  1. Sie erforschen den psychopathologischen Befund einschließlich Selbst - und Fremdgefährdung und klassifizieren diagnostisch nach ICD-10
  2. Sie erkennen die ggfls. zusätzlich erforderliche Diagnostik, einschließlich notwendiger psychometrischer Testinstrumente.
  3. Sie wählen einen indikations- und situationsangepassten Gesamtbehandlungsplan aus unter Beachtung
  • der leitliniengerechten Psychopharmakotherapie
  • der leitliniengerechten Psychotherapie
  • des individuellen lebensweltlichen, sozialen, rechtlichen und kulturellen Kontextes
  • und Sie berücksichtigen und erklären dabei potenzielle unerwünschte Wirkungen.

Sie schaffen eine offene, wertschätzende, zugewandte, empathische und verständliche Kommunikation.

Sie berücksichtigen das subjektive Krankheitsverständnis und erkennen die Behandlungsmotivation.


Untersuchen von Patient*innen mit Nachbesprechung:

  1. eigene Erhebung eines' psychopathologischen Befundes (' nach AMDP') und der 'd'iagnostische Kriterien nach ICD-10/11' zur Klassifikation psychischer Störungen
  2. Ätiologie psychischer Erkrankungen: Ursachen, Risikofaktoren, einschließlich genetischer, neurobiologischer, psychosozialer und Umweltfaktoren, um mit dieser Kenntnis fallbezogen
  3. eine Auswahl und Beurteilung zusätzlich erforderlicher Diagnostik (z.B. Laborwerte, MRT-Befund etc.) durchzuführen
  4. Therapieansätze: Medikamentöse Behandlung, Psychotherapie, psychosoziale Interventionen entwickeln
  5. Krankheitsverläufe beurteilen
  6. Rechte der Erkrankten, Einwilligung, Zwangsmaßnahmen und et hische Prinzipien in der Psychiatrie berücksichtigen
  7. 'Kommunikation 'bei psychischen Erkrankungen anwenden
  8. 'Interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit 'kennenlernen
