Titel der Veranstaltung: Unterricht am Krankenbett Demonstration: Kolorektales KarzinomLehrinhalte (kurze Beschreibung der Inhalte für das Vorlesungsverzeichnis):
- Rekapitulieren der Anatomie des Dickdarmes
- Pathogenese der Kolorektales Karzinom (Mismatch Proteine, Vererbung),
- Symptome und Krankheitsverlauf, „der klassische Falle in der Notaufnahme“
- Krankheitsbezogene Anamnese, klinische Symptome und Untersuchung, Sonographie, CT-Diagnostik
- Laborveränderungen
- OP-Indikation: Notfall oder elektive Operation? Interdisziplinäre Therapieempfehlungen in onkologischen Arbeitskreisen
- OP-Technik: Laparoskopie/Roboter-assistiert oder Laparotomie? Grundlagen der Laparoskopie, OP-Risiken und potentielle Komplikationen in der Aufklärung, Kontraindikationen
- postoperativer Verlauf, Nachbehandlung: was ist wichtig für den Patienten und den Hausarzt, PräventionsmöglichkeitenLernziele und Kompetenzen (stichpunktartige Beschreibung für das Vorlesungsverzeichnis):
- Zusammenhänge erläutern können zwischen diagnostischen Befunden bei einem kolorektalen Karzinom und interdisziplinären Therapieempfehlungen nach Leitlinie. Therapieansätze nach Tumorstadium kennen (neoadjuvante / adjuvante Radio-/Chemotherapie / Operation)
- Handlungskompetenz: eine gezielte Anamnese und klinische Untersuchung des Abdomens durchführen bei V.a. kolorektales Karzinom
- indikationsgerecht zu bestimmende Laborparameter benennen und den Laborbefund im klinischen Kontext interpretieren
- Relevante pathologische Veränderungen in der Schnittbilddiagnostik (CT) erkennen, beschreiben und in Zusammenhang mit geltenden Leitlinien einordnenVorbereitung:
