Nach diesem Seminar können Sie....

  • die grundlegenden molekularen Prinzipien der Blutgerinnung erklären,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus und häufige unerwünschte Wirkungen von Vitamin K erklären,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus und häufige unerwünschte Wirkungen der Heparine und Heparinoide erläutern,
  • den Mechanismus und die Therapieprinzipien der heparininduzierten Thrombozytopenie (HIT) erklären,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus von Thrombininhibitoren erklären,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus von Faktor-Xa-Inhibitoren erklären,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus der Vitamin K Antagonisten erklären,
  • Faktoren, die zur Variabilität der Vitamin K Antagonisten beitragen, erläutern,
  • die häufigsten Indikationen und Grundlagen der klinischen Anwendung von Antikoagulantien erläutern.


In diesem Seminar besprechen wir den Wirkmechanismus und Grundlagen der klinischen Anwendung von Antikoagulantien der folgenden Gruppen:

Heparine und Heparinoide

Thrombininhibitoren

Faktor-Xa-Inhibitoren

Vitamin K Antagonisten

Das Seminar baut auf die Vorlesungsreihe \"Grundlagen der Pharmakotherapie\" auf. Bitte wiederholen sie außerdem die Prinzipien der Blutgerinnung, die sie in der Physiologie besprochen haben, vor Besuch des Seminars.
