Studierende 41-60

  • In dem Termin vereinbaren die Studierenden in ihrer Peer-Gruppe verbindliche Regeln für Kommunikation und Feedback.
  • Die Studierenden nehmen in dem Termin aktiv an einer Kompetenzkonferenz teil und reflektieren gemeinsam die ersten Wochen ihres Medizinstudiums im Hinblick auf persönliche Erfahrungen, Erfolge und Herausforderungen.

  • Kennenlernen des Formats \"Kompetenzkonferenz\" - ein strukturiertes, kollaboratives Reflexionsformat
  • Vereinbarung von Gruppen- und Feedbackregeln
  • Durchführung einer Kompetenzkonferenz zum Thema: \"Rückblick auf die ersten Wochen des Medizinstudiums\".

Das Format wird tutoriell begleitet.
