Studierende 101-120


Die Studierenden bekommen praktische Fertigkeiten im sicheren und genauen Umgang mit chemischen Substanzen vermittelt. Sie lernen die Bedienung von Kolbenhubpipetten, Waagen und einfachen Laborgerätschaften. Sie haben eine Vorstellung von Messfehlern, von Stoffmenge, Konzentration und Massenanteil. Sie kennen die Auswirkungen der Osmose und die Trennung von Substanzen durch Chromatografie. Sie haben eine Vorstellung von der Komplexbindung als Nachweisreaktion aus der medizinischen Diagnostik.

  • Genauigkeit von Verdünnungsreihen,
  • Osmose anhand einer Infusionslösung,
  • Chromatografie zur Trennung von Schmerzmitteln,
  • Identifizierung von Schmerzmitteln über Komplexbildung.

Bibliography

Zur Vorbereitung stehen ein Skript und eine Protokollvorlage im Moodle bereit.
