Lernziele

Die Studierenden können...

  • Emotionen im Kontakt mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen wahrnehmen, reflektieren und einen angemessenen und sachlichen Kommunikationsstil bewahren. [3a]
  • Maßnahmen zur Deeskalation von Teamkonflikten erläutern. [2]
  • Kommunikationsmodelle zur Deeskalation von konfliktträchtigen Gesprächen innerhalb des Teams anwenden. [3a]


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

In diesem Seminar erkunden wir die komplexen Bereiche der Kommunikation und der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem Umgang mit Konflikten innerhalb von Teams im Gesundheitsbereich liegt. In Teams von Stationen im Krankenhaus, in Arztpraxen oder in Pflegeeinrichtungen kommen nicht nur die Perspektiven unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen zusammen, sondern auch Menschen mit vielfältigen Persönlichkeiten, individuellen Geschichten und spezifischen Bedürfnissen. Diese Vielfalt kann bereichernd sein, birgt jedoch auch das Potenzial für Konflikte.

Im zweiten Teil des Seminars konzentrieren wir uns auf die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit. Sie erfahren, wie Unterschiede z. B. in der Hierarchie zu Konflikten führen können und welche Techniken auch hier helfen können um Konflikte konstruktiv zu lösen, bzw. diese zu verhindern.

Inhalte

  • Maßnahmen zur Deeskalation von Teamkonflikten (z. B. Coaching, Mediation, Persönlicher Umgang mit Konflikten (Konflikttyp), Konfliktprävention, Moderation)
  • Übungen zur Anwendung von Deeskalationsmodellen bei Konflikten im Team
