A:Sie bewerten Arzneimittel und deren Anwendung kritisch und können in Abhängigkeit von Situation und
Patientin bzw. Patienten eine adäquate medikamentöse Schmerztherapie vorschlagen beziehungsweise durchführen.
Sie können ...
- die pharmakologischen Grundprinzipien der Schmerztherapie nennen und (patient*innengerecht) erklären. [VII.3-14.2.1]
- Prinzipien der interventionellen Schmerztherapie erklären. [VII.3-14.3.3]
- die Arzneimitteltherapie postoperativer und akuter traumatischer Schmerzen (patient*innengerecht) beschreiben und einen einfachen Therapieplan erstellen. [VII.3-14.2.2]
B:
Sie sind mit den therapeutischen Prinzipien vertraut. Sie können die Prinzipien der kurativen, der adjuvanten, der neoadjuvanten und der additiven Therapiekonzepte anhand von relevanten Beispielen erklären und kritisch im Kontext klinischer Studien diskutieren. [VII.3-01.1.3]
Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.A: Sie lernen anhand von Fallbeispielen die Pharmakotherapie bei Schmerzen.
B: Sie lernen anhand eines Computerprogramms die Aspekte der Pharmakokinetik bei der Pharmatherapie.
