Studierende 21-41
Wissensziele (kognitiv):? die wichtigsten primären und sekundären Tumoren des ZNS benennen und unterscheiden
? die typischen histopathologischen Merkmale häufiger ZNS-Erkrankungen (Glioblastom, Meningeom, Metastase, Meningitis, evtl. MS) beschreiben
? grundlegende pathophysiologische Zusammenhänge zwischen Krankheitsbild, makroskopischem und mikroskopischem Befund erklären
? die Relevanz pathologischer Diagnostik für Therapieentscheidungen und Prognose erläutern
Handlungs-/Anwendungsziele (praktisch):
? mikroskopische Präparate einfacher ZNS-Erkrankungen erkennen und einordnen
? klinisch-pathologische Fälle mit Bildmaterial interpretieren (Makro + Histo)
? zwischen entzündlichen, neoplastischen und metastatischen ZNS-Prozessen differenzieren
Kommunikative/Reflexive Ziele:
? die Bedeutung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit (z. B. Pathologie, Neurologie, Neurochirurgie) reflektieren
? sich über differentialdiagnostische Aspekte verständlich austauschen.
Sie besitzen Wissen und Handlungskompetenz zu Erkrankungen des Nervensystems und der Psyche:
- am Beispiel Hirntumore [VI.10-01.6.1]
- am Bsp. Epileptische Anfälle/ Epilepsie [VI.10-01.2.1]
Anhand klinischer Fallbeispiele: Die Studierenden nutzen Prizipien der Pathogenese und Pathomechanismen zum Verständnis und zur (patient*innengerechten) Erklärung von Erkrankungen bzw. Symptomen sowie zur Ableitung von Therapieansätzen ausgewählter Erkrankungen des Nervensystems und der Psyche. Sie können die Prinzipien der interdisziplinären sowie der interprofessionellen Diagnostik und Therapie erklären, kritisch diskutieren und an konkreten Beispielen anwenden [VIII.3-04.2.3].
Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.Vertiefung des Vorlesungsstoffs durch Bildarbeit & Fallbeispiele
