Anhand klinischer Fallbeispiele: Die Studierenden erläutern pathophysiologische Mechanismen des Nervensystems, der Sinnesorgane und assoziierter Schädelstrukturen und leiten daraus Diagnostik und Therapieansätze ab.

Sie können ....

  1. ... die Pathophysiologie des vestibulären Systems (patient*innengerecht) erläutern.[VII.1b-03.2.28]
  2. ...Mechanismen von Störungen der Stand- und Gangkontrolle (patient*innengerecht) erläutern. [VII.1b-03.2.8]
  3. ...eine Anamnese bei Gang- und Gleichgewichtsstörungen im Alter durchführen.
  4. ...Basisunterschungen bei Gang- und Gleichgewichtsstörungen anwenden (z.B. Gangbild, Gleichgewichtsqualitäten, Gehen auf unterschiedlichen Untergründen).
  5. ...Störungen der Schallleitung (patient*innengerecht) erläutern und ausgewählte klinische Tests (Weber-Test und Rinne-Test) bei Störungen der Schallleitung und der Schallempfindung durchführen. [VII.1b-03.2.26]; [VII.1b-03.2.27]

oWeitere Basisuntersuchungen anwenden können: Romberg-Test, Tandemstand, TUG, Beurteilung Muskeltrophik und -kraft

oGehen auf unebenem vs. ebenem, festen Untergrund testen

oDrei Gleichgewichtsqualitäten testen: kontinuierliches, reaktives, proaktives Gleichgewicht

oDas Gangbild in 3 Geschwindigkeiten testen / beurteilen: selbst gewählt, langsam, maximal

oDas Gangbild mit kognitivem ''dual task ''testen

oDas Gangbild mit motorischem ''dual task ''testen

oDas Gangbild mit geschlossenen Augen testen

oSomatosensorische Testung: MER, Beurteilung Muskeltrophik, Muskelkraft, Oberflächensensibilität, Vibrationsempfinden distal
