Interaktive Erarbeitung anhand klinischer Fallbeispiele: Die Studierenden wählen bildgebende Verfahren mit oder ohne Kontrastmittel indikationsgerecht, patientenbezogen und situationsgerecht aus und nutzen die Ergebnisse für weitere diagnostische und therapeutische Entscheidungen. Sie verstehen die Unterschiede der verschiedenen bildgebenden Verfahren und können daraus deren diagnostischen Nutzen ableiten.

Sie beherrschen die methodischen Grundlagen und den Ablauf der Diagnostik sowie den Umgang mit diagnostischer Unsicherheit, Risiken von Diagnostik und Überdiagnostik und diagnostischen Ergebnissen im Niedrigprävalenzbereich. Sie wenden die methodischen Grundlagen an und beherrschen den Ablauf der Diagnostik. Sie können das Konzept der Stufendiagnostik bei der diagnostischen Anforderung berücksichtigen.


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

Anhand ausgesuchter Fälle und deren bildgebender Diagnostik erarbeiten wir interaktiv typische Befundmuster und relevante Differenzialdiagnosen. Insbesondere die systematische Herangehensweise an komplexe bildgebende Diagnostik wird dabei trainiert. Die Studierenden arbeiten dabei selbständig und in der Gruppe an realen, kuratierten Fällen. In diesem Seminar liegt der Fokus auf entzündlichen und malignen Erkrankungen des GI-Traktes
